At Present Vancouver, all our apparel is unisex and tends to run a bit larger. If you're aiming for a relaxed, wearable-oversized fit, feel free to order your usual size. For an even cozier, more dramatically oversized look, consider sizing up. If you prefer a more fitted style, sizing down may be your best bet. Each listing includes a detailed size chart, so be sure to check the measurements before purchasing. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to reach out to us – we're happy to help!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Present Vancouver accepts returns but does not offer exchanges. If you'd like an item in a different size, please place a new order for the replacement. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the items should be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund. If there's an issue with your order, feel free to contact us at presentvancouver@gmail.com.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, though this may vary as many items are made to order. If your order includes multiple items with different processing times, it will ship once all items are ready — including any pre-orders. Keep in mind, this processing time does not include shipping time, which depends on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In these cases, the package may show up within a few days. If it doesn't, we recommend checking with your neighbors, confirming your shipping address, and contacting your local post office. All Present Vancouver orders are shipped via Chit Chats, and include insurance for mis-delivered items. If you need to file a claim for a lost package, you can do so directly with Chit Chats. Please note, Present Vancouver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
HELP! THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER.
We're so sorry if something went wrong! While we take great care with every order, sometimes mistakes happen. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us at present.vancouver@gmail.com with a description of the problem and your order number. We're happy to help resolve any issues.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Present Vancouver ships to the United States & Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred during delivery.
CAN I SHOP PRESENT VANCOUVER IN PERSON?
While we don’t have a physical storefront, we occasionally attend local maker’s markets where you can shop our products in person. Keep an eye on our Instagram @present_vancouver for upcoming event dates!
WHEN WILL THERE BE A RESTOCK?
Restock dates will be announced on our social media channels and via text notifications, so be sure to subscribe to stay in the loop! You can also sign up to be notified when specific sizes are back in stock.
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR INFLUENCERS?
At the moment, we’re not working with influencers, but we’re excited to announce that we’re setting up an affiliate program! This program will allow you to earn a commission when someone makes a purchase through your referral link. Stay tuned for more details!

HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE NAME PRESENT VANCOUVER?
The name "Present Vancouver" was inspired by the vision of our brand. It holds two meaningful layers. First, the word "present" is a reminder to "be present in the moment," something I believe is essential in today’s fast-paced world. It's a call to pause, appreciate the now, and fully immerse ourselves in life’s experiences. Secondly, I wanted the name to evoke the idea of a thoughtful gift, with each product offering a sense of love and care, as if it were a "present" for YOU, the customer. It’s all about creating meaningful moments and connections—whether you're wearing it for yourself or gifting it to someone special.
